The venue for this retreat will be held in a tranquil location at the Pantai Beach Resort – Gaia-Oasis Bali. 

Set in the beautiful Northern Balinese countryside, facing the Pacific Ocean. It’s a stunning spot for snorkeling and with a bit of luck you might even see some dolphins.

Immerse yourself in the surroundings and beauty of the Isle of the Gods, at the Gaia Oasis Mountain and Beach Resort. It is truly a sanctuary for rejuvenation and restoration for the mind, body and soul. After 7 days of bliss, you will feel more connected to yourSelf, and leave with new resources to apply to your everyday life that will continue to support you throughout your lifetime.

During the program, there will also be opportunities to just relax and enjoy the pool or to treat yourself at the Wellness Centre which offers Balinese-, Ayurvedic-,and Western-inspired beauty and health treatments.

Accommodation is in Balinese-style bungalows constructed out of bamboo, natural stone and wood, equipped with open-air bathrooms, hot water, fully-equipped kitchens and bedrooms with mosquito nets. 

We will enjoy three buffet meals each day with a large variety of healthy Indonesian and Western-inspired foods, largely vegetarian and some fresh fish dishes, served at the beach-facing restaurant. Mineral water, different teas, Balinese coffee and cocoa are available throughout the day.

Your $2,950.00 USD fee includes:

• Double occupancy/twin beds (paying for both beds is not permitted), you can invite a friend to register separately or share a room and make a new one 🤗​

• THREE daily healthy, buffet style meals plus snacks/tea/water & pool towels

• Guided workshops and meditations

Your $2,950.00 USD fee DOES NOT include:

• Any extra accommodation, reservations, and services outside of the scheduled retreat dates.

• Transportation (ground + air) to and from the retreat location.

There is a $500.00 USD non-refundable deposit required to secure your space (deposit is included with the Early Bird-full payment option). Register and pay in full before May 11th, 2024 for an Early Bird Discount of $200.00. Otherwise, once you have paid the $500.00 deposit, you can opt into the payment plan of 12 monthly installments of $204.00. This payment plan option WILL change (rates will increase) on October 11th, so register now to save your spot!

Once you have registered/paid the deposit or pre-paid, you will receive an email confirming your spot is reserved. Expect an email with details for possible travel restriction(s) and travel visa (simple & affordable) within 30 days. Airfare and ground transportation to and from the retreat is NOT included, please be sure to make arrangements to arrive by November 10th, HIGHLY recommended to arrive 2-3 days beforehand to acclimate.

For our international friends, prices stated in USD $ and are subject to change due to daily exchange rate- take into consideration when making payment(s). In case of an unforeseen cancellation of the retreat due to factors outside of our control (incl. COVID restrictions), we will refund you deposit/course fee minus $175 administration fee.

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required and depending on when you register, your payments will be prorated to be paid in full one month before the retreat (Oct 11th,  2024). Refunds will be allowed (minus the $500.00 deposit and processing fees) one month before the retreat (October 11th, 2024). Any cancellations after October 11th, 2024, no refunds will be allowed.
